Das ist mir w\u00e4hrend meiner gesamten Erfahrung in verschiedenen LTOs klar geworden. Das Marketingteam spielt eine zentrale Rolle bei der F\u00f6rderung einer starken Verbindung zwischen LTOs und den nationalen und internationalen ELT-M\u00e4rkten. Ihre Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Teams unter der Leitung eines klugen Managers ist der Motor unseres Erfolgs.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Marketing hat viele Definitionen aus sozialer und betriebswirtschaftlicher Sicht. Kolter beschreibt Marketing in seinem Buch \u201eMarketing Management\u201c als \u201edie Kunst, Produkte zu verkaufen\u201c (Kolter, 2000, Kapitel 1, S. 3). Diese Kunst ist ein Managementprozess, der die Wissenschaft bei der Anwendung des Kerns des Marketings nutzt. Dies geschieht durch die Auswahl der Zielm\u00e4rkte, um neue Kunden zu gewinnen und alte Kunden zu halten. Dieser Schritt dient dazu, Kunden zufriedenzustellen und Unternehmen Profitabilit\u00e4t zu bieten. Dieselben Managementaufgaben gelten f\u00fcr ELT als Unternehmen. Studenten sind Kunden und ihre Bed\u00fcrfnisse und Zufriedenheit sind der Schl\u00fcssel zum Unternehmenswachstum. Die Rolle des Marketingmanagements nimmt im ELT-Bereich rapide zu und LTOs sind mit einem harten Wettbewerb und Ver\u00e4nderungen auf dem Markt konfrontiert. Das erkl\u00e4rt, warum ich mich unter allen verf\u00fcgbaren ELT-Optionen f\u00fcr diesen Beitrag f\u00fcr ELT-Marketing entschieden habe. Marketing hat die folgenden vier Hauptelemente:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-marketing-strategy\">Vermarktungsstrategie<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Strategisches Marketing spielt die Hauptrolle bei der Feststellung, wie sich ein Unternehmen auf dem Markt bewegt und seinen Wettbewerb strukturiert. Strategisches Marketing beinhaltet die umfassende Untersuchung organisatorischer, zwischenorganisatorischer und umweltbezogener Faktoren. Der ELT-Bereich spielt eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Entwicklung der Visionen, Ziele und Gruppen von kurzfristigen  oder dauerhaften Zielen der LTOs. Au\u00dferdem sammelt es Informationen \u00fcber die lokalen (Onshore-) oder internationalen (Offshore-)M\u00e4rkte. Weiterhin ist es wichtig, die Marketingstrategie zu identifizieren und den Marketingplan umzusetzen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein LTO kann sich beispielsweise zum Ziel setzen, einem bestimmten ELT-Modell wie ESL oder Global English zu folgen. Strategisches Marketing untersucht die potenzielle Gr\u00f6\u00dfe des ELT-Marktes. Au\u00dferdem hilft es dabei, eine geeignete Marktanalyse zu erstellen oder die Markttechniken zu variieren, um dieses Ziel zu erreichen. Strategisches Marketing f\u00fchrt die LTOs auch dazu, genau zu wissen, worauf sie ihre Zeit und ihr Geld konzentrieren m\u00fcssen. Dies geschieht, nachdem die Einnahmequellen der Dienste berechnet wurden, um die rentabelsten hervorzuheben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-marketing-segmentation\">Marketing-Segmentierung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We can define this term as having a homogenous group of customers who share standard features like targets, traditions, behaviors, needs, ways of thinking, and responses. They might also share the same county, city, and neighborhood or sharing the same age, lifestyle, and language. Customer segments support the marketing strategy to be active by highlighting some new niches that \u201ccan provide an opportunity for developing a new product\u201d (White, R., Hockley, A., Jansen, J. &amp; Laughner, M,2008, Chapter 4, p. 96). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In ELT as a business, dividing the market into segments helps to detect when and where an LTO can target one group by releasing specific offers to dominate the whole market. For example, the IELTS exam is a prerequisite for some high-school students to apply to universities. Therefore, marketers can make an offer for the high-school students to enroll in the preparation course with a discount only by the school ID. The segmentation can help LTOs to distinguish the lucrative segments to focus on.&nbsp; Camilleri (2018, Chapter 4, p.69) supported that by saying, \u201cBusinesses may decide to focus on just one or a few of these segments.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-marketing-mix\">Marketing-Mix<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Singh (2012:40) schrieb: \u201eUnternehmen sollten einen gezielten Ansatz f\u00fcr diese vier verschiedenen Komponenten planen, und zwar Produkt, Preis sowie Platzierung und Werbung.\u201c Dies ist ein wertvoller Ratschlag f\u00fcr die Verwendung des Marketing-Mix-Konzepts. Wir k\u00f6nnen uns darauf verlassen, um den Marketing-Mix festzulegen, indem wir sagen, dass er durch die Kombination der Ps mit einer Variationsoption funktioniert, um den Prozentsatz jedes P in dieser Verg\u00fctung zu \u00e4ndern. Drei weitere Ps, wie Personen, Prozesse und\/oder physische Beweise, k\u00f6nnen hinzugef\u00fcgt werden, um den Zielen oder dem Marktumfeld zu entsprechen. Das vorherige Beispiel der IELTS-Pr\u00fcfung kann die Verwendung dieser Mischung im ELT deutlich erkl\u00e4ren.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In diesem Beispiel wird der Prozentsatz von P (Preisgestaltung) reduziert, um ein anderes P (Werbung) im Mix zu erh\u00f6hen. Dieser Punkt wird in dem ber\u00fchmten Buch Essentials of Marketing erw\u00e4hnt. Die Autoren sagen: \u201eDer Preis kann ge\u00e4ndert werden, Rabatte k\u00f6nnen gew\u00e4hrt werden und so weiter. Es gibt so viele m\u00f6gliche Variablen.\u201c (Perreault, Cannon und McCarthy, 2017, Kapitel 2, S. 36). Au\u00dferdem ist der Marketing-Mix ein magisches Werkzeug f\u00fcr Vermarkter, um die optimale Reaktion im Zielmarktprozess zu bestimmen. Dies geschieht, indem dem Team eine kontrollierte Grundlage zur Verf\u00fcgung gestellt wird, um Kundenzufriedenheit und -bed\u00fcrfnisse zu erf\u00fcllen. Diese Daten k\u00f6nnen LTOs dabei helfen, selbst in langweiligen Zeiten ihre Rentabilit\u00e4t aufrechtzuerhalten. \u201eDer Marketing-Mix wird als Strategie zur Erf\u00fcllung von Marketingfunktionen angesehen.\u201c (Arachchige, 2002, S. 4).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-marketing-plan\">Marketingplan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nachdem die Zielkunden f\u00fcr ein Produkt definiert wurden, muss das Marketingteam einen anwendbaren Plan entwickeln. Dieser Plan soll sich auf wichtige Aktivit\u00e4ten mit greifbaren Ergebnissen konzentrieren, um die Ziele der Organisation zu erreichen. Die genaue Definition des Marketingplans sind die schriftlich festgehaltenen praktischen Ma\u00dfnahmen der Strategie mit Zeitplan und Budget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Marketingplan hat folgende Inhalte:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Die Umsetzungsschritte&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Die finanzielle Umsetzung&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Es ist eine klare Definition der Verantwortlichen f\u00fcr die einzelnen Aufgaben im Plan erforderlich.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ein Zeitplan f\u00fcr die Schritte.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Alle LTOs brigen bei der Ausarbeitung ihres Marketingplans dieselben Inhalte. Der Plan unterscheidet sich nat\u00fcrlich von LTO zu LTO. Die Unterschiede liegen in der Gr\u00f6\u00dfe, den Zielm\u00e4rkten (national oder international oder beides) und den Zielkunden. Es geht nicht nur darum, sondern auch um das kommerzielle Ziel als Nonprofit-Organisation oder gewinnorientierte Organisation. Der Marketingplan \u201edurchl\u00e4uft f\u00fcnf Hauptphasen: Gesch\u00e4ftsanpassung, Analyse, Strategieentwicklung, Umsetzung und Kontrolle.\u201c (Brooksbank, 1996, S. 16).
