Heute m\u00f6chte ich eine weitere Methode vorstellen, die ich hilfreich finde. Man nennt es R\u00fcckw\u00e4rtsplanung, R\u00fcckw\u00e4rtszielsetzung oder R\u00fcckw\u00e4rtsdesign (ich habe ein\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/VbxRUMP6E3w\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Video\u00a0<\/a>auf Englisch dar\u00fcber gedreht). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00fcckw\u00e4rtsplanung bedeutet, sich Ziele zu setzen. Es ist eine fantastische Strategie, bei der man mit dem Endziel beginnt und sich dann Ziele setzt, um das Endziel zu erreichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es erm\u00f6glicht Ihnen, sich mental auf den Erfolg vorzubereiten und ihn zu visualisieren. Beispielsweise m\u00f6chten Sie Ihre Website starten oder umbenennen. Geben Sie Ihr Ziel an, schreiben Sie, was Sie erreichen m\u00f6chten, und legen Sie die Frist fest. Bis zum Ablauf des 15. Dezember 2021 werde ich meine Website online gestellt haben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus ist es eine gro\u00dfartige \u00dcbung f\u00fcr Ihre Lernenden, wenn Sie Englisch oder Deutsch unterrichten. Sie k\u00f6nnen Future Perfect auf Englisch oder Futur II (Perfekt Futur) auf Deutsch \u00fcben. Wir haben au\u00dferdem gezeigt, dass dieser Motivationseffekt auftrat, weil die R\u00fcckw\u00e4rtsplanung es den Menschen erm\u00f6glichte, klarer an Aufgaben zu denken, die zum Erreichen ihrer Ziele erforderlich waren, insbesondere wenn die Ziele komplex zu planen waren.
