Dar\u00fcber hinaus nutzen sie diese Erfahrungen und Erkenntnisse, um Entscheidungen zur Verbesserung ihres Lernens zu treffen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dies f\u00fchrt nicht nur zu einer effektiveren und positiveren Lernerfahrung, sondern f\u00f6rdert auch unser pers\u00f6nliches Wachstum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reflektierende Sprachlernende stellen sich st\u00e4ndig folgende Fragen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u201eWas habe ich heute gelernt?\u201c&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201eWie hat mir das dabei geholfen, meine langfristigen Sprachziele zu erreichen?\u201c&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201eIn welchen Situationen hatte ich Schwierigkeiten, mich effektiv auszudr\u00fccken?\u201c&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u201eWelche Methoden oder Techniken zum Sprachenlernen haben heute f\u00fcr mich gut funktioniert?\u201c<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Indem wir solche Fragen stellen, k\u00f6nnen wir aus unserer Vergangenheit lernen.  Das Ergebnis ist, dass wir bessere Entscheidungen \u00fcber unser zuk\u00fcnftiges Lernen treffen und stetig wachsen und uns verbessern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201eReflexion ist ein Zeichen f\u00fcr tiefes Lernen, und wo Lehr- und Lernaktivit\u00e4ten wie Reflexion fehlen, kann nur oberfl\u00e4chliches Lernen daraus resultieren.\u201c  (Biggs 1999 in King 2002)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Frage ist also, wie wir unseren Lernenden helfen k\u00f6nnen, mehr \u00fcber ihr Lernen nachzudenken, um die Fr\u00fcchte zu ernten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wie k\u00f6nnen wir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>ihnen helfen, ihre St\u00e4rken und Herausforderungen zu erkennen?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>gut bei Probleml\u00f6sen zu sein?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>offen  f\u00fcr Ver\u00e4nderungen und das Ausprobieren neuer Dinge zu sein?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Herausforderungen als Lernchancen zu sehen?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Emotionen effektiv zu verwalten und gleichzeitig Empathie und Verst\u00e4ndnis gegen\u00fcber anderen zeigen zu k\u00f6nnen?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Dieser Gast-Blogbeitrag wurde von Lisa Wood geschrieben.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In diesem Blogbeitrag teile ich 7 einfache, aber hilfreiche Strategien und Tipps den Lernenden dabei zu helfen, diese Strategie zu verwenden.  Sie werden nicht nur schnellere Fortschritte machen, sondern auch sich allgemein gl\u00fccklicher und erfolgreicher f\u00fchlen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-setting-clear-goals\">1. Klare Ziele setzen:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lassen Sie die Lernenden zun\u00e4chst herausfinden, welche Ziele sie beim Sprachenlernen verfolgen und was sie wirklich erreichen wollen. Stellen Sie sicher, dass sie ihre Ziele genau angeben, sei es die Sprachkompetenz, die Lesekompetenz oder ein anderes Ziel.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ich empfehle den Lernenden, sich SMARTe Ziele zu setzen (spezifisch, messbar, erreichbar, relevant und terminiert).  Denn das wird ihnen helfen, konzentriert und auf dem richtigen Weg zu bleiben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eine weitere n\u00fctzliche Strategie zur Zielsetzung ist das Setzen von Zielen r\u00fcckw\u00e4rts.  Beginnen Sie mit dem langfristigen Ziel und bewegen Sie sich r\u00fcckw\u00e4rts, um die \u201eSprungbrettziele\u201c festzulegen und dieses langfristige Ziel zu erreichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es gibt einen Blogbeitrag dar\u00fcber, \"<a href=\"https:\/\/teachingisfun.net\/de\/so-nutzen-sie-die-rueckwaertsplanung-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">So nutzen Sie die R\u00fcckw\u00e4rtsplanung<\/a>\" von Tetjana Skrypkina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-keeping-a-learning-journal\">2. Ein Lerntagebuch f\u00fchren:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ermutigen Sie die Lernenden, ein Tagebuch oder eine digitale Notiz-App zu verwenden, um ihre Erfahrungen beim Sprachenlernen aufzuzeichnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sie k\u00f6nnen dar\u00fcber schreiben, was sie gelernt haben, welche Herausforderungen sie hatten und welche Aha-Erlebnisse sie erlebt haben.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-regular-self-assessment-nbsp\">3. Regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Selbsteinsch\u00e4tzung:&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lassen Sie die Lernenden ihre Fortschritte bewerten.  Dies kann Selbsttests, Quizze oder Gespr\u00e4chsbewertungen umfassen.  Solche finden Sie kostenlos online.  Zum Beispiel auf der Website des British Council, Quizlet, Kahoot!, Quizizz usw.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Helfen Sie ihnen, ihre St\u00e4rken und Herausforderungen zu erkennen, damit sie sich auf die Bereiche konzentrieren k\u00f6nnen, die zu verbessern sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Und erinnern Sie sie nat\u00fcrlich daran, alle ihre kleinen erreichten Ziele zu feiern. Nachdenken \u00fcber Lerngewohnheiten:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ermutigen Sie Ihre Lernenden, ihre Lernroutinen und -gewohnheiten zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen, um sicherzustellen, dass sie zu ihrem Lernstil passen.  Ein weiterer Punkt, den sie ber\u00fccksichtigen sollten, ist, ob sie konsequent die n\u00f6tige Zeit und M\u00fche investieren.  Und erinnern Sie sie nat\u00fcrlich daran, regelm\u00e4\u00dfig eine Pause einzulegen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sie k\u00f6nnen auch \u00fcber die Tageszeit nachdenken, zu der sie beim Sprachenlernen am produktivsten sind.  Wenn sie ein Fr\u00fchaufsteher sind, funktioniert das Lernen am Morgen besser.  Wenn sie hingegen eine Nachteule sind, ist es eine gute Idee, ihre Sprach\u00fcbungen auf den Abend zu verschieben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-feedback\">5. R\u00fcckmeldung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ermutigen Sie sie, Feedback von ihrem Lehrer\/ihrer Lehrerin oder anderen Lernenden einzuholen.  Dies kann ihnen neue Ideen und Erkenntnisse liefern und ihnen helfen, sich schneller zu verbessern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es ist auch eine gute Idee, Sprachlerngemeinschaften oder Foren beizutreten, um mit anderen zu interagieren, die sich auf einer \u00e4hnlichen Reise befinden. Die Kraft der Gemeinschaft ist sehr stark (deshalb bin ich vielen beigetreten und habe eine f\u00fcr Englischlernende organisiert). Es gibt viele kostenlose Gruppen auf Plattformen wie Facebook (nat\u00fcrlich f\u00fcr erwachsene Lernende).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-6-experimenting-with-different-resources\">6. Experimentieren mit verschiedenen Ressourcen:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fordern Sie Ihre Lernenden dazu auf, verschiedene Ressourcen zum Sprachenlernen auszuprobieren.  Lehrb\u00fccher sind nur eine Ressource (und Sie haben nicht nur sie zu  nutzen!). Es gibt noch so viele weitere Ressourcen: Apps, Podcasts, Videos, Sprachaustauschpartner usw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sie sollten dar\u00fcber nachdenken, welche Ressourcen f\u00fcr ihren Lernstil am effektivsten sind, und Wege finden, das Lernen angenehm zu gestalten. Zeit zum Nachdenken:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Und schlie\u00dflich: Nehmen Sie sich regelm\u00e4\u00dfig Zeit, z. B. w\u00f6chentlich oder monatlich, es ist ein Muss, \u00fcber den Fortschritt und die Ziele beim Sprachenlernen nachzudenken!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Auf Grund dieser \u00dcberlegungen k\u00f6nnen Lernende ihre Lernstrategien \u00e4ndern, um in Zukunft effektiver und effizienter zu sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Den meisten von uns f\u00e4llt es schwer, sich Zeit zum Nachdenken zu nehmen.  Wenn wir es jedoch gut machen, k\u00f6nnen wir tats\u00e4chlich Zeit sparen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-conclusion\">Fazit:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kurz gesagt: Ein reflektierender Lernender zu sein ist eine wertvolle F\u00e4higkeit, die man nicht au\u00dfer Acht lassen sollte!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es kann unseren Sch\u00fclern helfen, schneller und effektiver auf ihrem Weg zum Sprachenlernen voranzukommen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wenn wir erkennen, was in unserer Sprachpraxis funktioniert und was nicht, wird das Lernen effektiver und effizienter.
