Tats\u00e4chlich ist jeder sechste Todesfall weltweit auf Krebs zur\u00fcckzuf\u00fchren, was die Zahl der Todesf\u00e4lle durch HIV-Infektion, Malaria und Tuberkulose zusammen bei weitem \u00fcbersteigt. Es ist wichtig anzumerken, dass die Zahl der Krebsf\u00e4lle weltweit von Jahr zu Jahr zunimmt. Wissenschaftler gehen davon aus, dass sich die Krebsinzidenz bis 2035 verdoppeln wird. Brustkrebs ist f\u00fcr 2,2 Millionen F\u00e4lle pro Jahr und mehr als 680.000 Todesf\u00e4lle durch diese Krankheit verantwortlich. Dar\u00fcber hinaus steht Brustkrebs in der weiblichen Bev\u00f6lkerung an erster Stelle hinsichtlich der Morbidit\u00e4t und ist auch die h\u00e4ufigste onkologische Todesursache bei Frauen. Nein, ich m\u00f6chte Sie nicht erschrecken. Schauen Sie sich diese Zahlen einfach noch einmal an und begreifen Sie die Bedeutung des Problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nein, ich m\u00f6chte Sie nicht erschrecken. Der rechtzeitige Zugang zu medizinischer Versorgung und Bev\u00f6lkerungsscreening-Programmen erm\u00f6glicht es, Krebs in einem fr\u00fchen Stadium zu erkennen und die Behandlungsergebnisse deutlich zu verbessern. Leider sind L\u00e4nder mit einem mittleren und niedrigen wirtschaftlichen Entwicklungsstand nicht in der Lage, ihrer Bev\u00f6lkerung eine angemessene Brustkrebsvorsorge und medizinische Versorgung zu bieten. In solchen L\u00e4ndern beobachten wir einen deutlichen Anstieg der Arztbesuche im fortgeschrittenen Krankheitsstadium, wenn eine Heilung der Krankheit nahezu unm\u00f6glich ist. Au\u00dferdem ist die \u00d6ffentlichkeit nicht ausreichend dar\u00fcber informiert, wie man Krebs erkennt, welche Faktoren ihn ausl\u00f6sen und welche Schritte zur Fr\u00fcherkennung von Brustkrebs unternommen werden sollten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-importance-of-early-detection\">Die Bedeutung der Fr\u00fcherkennung<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Fr\u00fcherkennung von Brustkrebs kann mit der Fr\u00fcherkennung eines Brandes verglichen werden: Je fr\u00fcher der Brand erkannt wurde, desto weniger Zerst\u00f6rung verursachte er. Oder je fr\u00fcher Krebs erkannt wird, desto mehr Zeit bleibt Ihnen, um die richtigen medizinischen Entscheidungen zu treffen. Meiner Meinung nach zeigen diese Vergleiche deutlich, dass die Gesundheit und Lebenserwartung der Patienten direkt von der Fr\u00fcherkennung der Krankheit abh\u00e4ngen. Dies wird vom US-amerikanischen National Cancer Institute best\u00e4tigt, das das F\u00fcnf-Jahres-\u00dcberleben von Brustkrebspatientinnen in Abh\u00e4ngigkeit von der Pr\u00e4valenz der Erkrankung bewertet. So \u00fcberwindet bei einer lokalen Form von Brustkrebs (ohne Metastasen) die 5-Jahres-Frist 99 % der Patientinnen. Die Situation bei ausgedehntem Brustkrebs (Vorhandensein von Metastasen) ist komplizierter, nur 31 % der Patientinnen \u00fcberstehen die 5-Jahres-Frist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Fr\u00fcherkennung von Krebs reduziert die Anzahl der eingesetzten Behandlungsmethoden und die Behandlungsdauer erheblich. Im Gegenteil, bei metastasiertem Krebs zielt die Behandlung darauf ab, das Leben des Patienten zu verl\u00e4ngern, da eine vollst\u00e4ndige Heilung des Patienten nicht m\u00f6glich ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-asymptomatic-period-of-cancer\">Asymptomatische Krebsphase<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Das T\u00fcckische an jedem Krebs ist, dass er sich nicht in der Zeitspanne vom Auftreten der ersten b\u00f6sartigen Zelle bis zum ersten Symptom manifestiert. Das Wohlbefinden und die Blutlaborindikatoren einer Frau signalisieren nicht den Ausbruch der Krankheit und ihre Entwicklung in diesem Zeitraum. Brustkrebs ist keine Ausnahme und hat auch seine beschwerdefreie Zeit. Dieser Zeitraum dauert je nach Art und Aggressivit\u00e4t des Tumors 1\u20135 Jahre. Die Erkennung von Krebs in diesem Zeitraum ist jedoch f\u00fcr die \u00c4rzte und insbesondere f\u00fcr die Patienten wichtig. Der einzige zuverl\u00e4ssige Weg, Brustkrebs zu bek\u00e4mpfen, ist heute die Fr\u00fcherkennung: \u201eBeginnen Sie den Kampf gegen Brustkrebs, wenn Ihr Feind noch schwach ist.\u201c Wie geht man vor, wenn keine Symptome vorliegen? Nur das Screening \u2013 eine regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Untersuchung der Brustdr\u00fcsen hilft Ihnen, Krebs im Fr\u00fchstadium zu erkennen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-breast-cancer-screening\">Brustkrebs-Screening<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Beim Brustkrebs-Screening handelt es sich um die Wahl von Patientinnen aus einer gro\u00dfen Zahl von Frauen, die keine Symptome aufweisen. Tats\u00e4chlich handelt es sich hierbei um die Regeln, die von \u00c4rzten erfunden wurden, um Krebs im Fr\u00fchstadium zu erkennen, die Regeln, die in der beschwerdefreien Zeit gelten. Die meisten von Ihnen besitzen ein Auto. Die Vorsorgeuntersuchung kann mit der Wartung eines Autos verglichen werden. Durch eine geplante Inspektion des Fahrzeugs k\u00f6nnen Sie irreversible Sch\u00e4den verhindern und es lange nutzen. Wie im Gesundheitsbereich ist auch bei Brustdr\u00fcsen eine systematische Diagnose erforderlich, auch wenn keine Symptome vorliegen, um eine fr\u00fchzeitige Erkennung von Brustkrebs sicherzustellen. Die Ergebnisse zahlreicher medizinischer Studien beweisen die Bedeutung eines solchen systemischen Ansatzes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Schweden beispielsweise sank die Brustkrebssterblichkeit bei Frauen im Alter von 40 bis 69 Jahren, die sich einem Mammographie-Screening unterzogen, um 44 %. Dies ist ein hervorragendes Ergebnis, das die Bedeutung eines solchen Ansatzes f\u00fcr die Fr\u00fcherkennung von Brustkrebs zeigt. Denken Sie an eine einfache Regel: Sie m\u00fcssen im Alter von 40 bis 84 Jahren jedes Jahr eine Mammographie durchf\u00fchren lassen, um Ihre Gesundheit und Ihr Leben zu retten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-myths-and-truths\"><strong>Mythen und Wahrheit<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-myth-1-stress-causes-breast-cancer\">Mythos Nr. 1. Stress verursacht Brustkrebs<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tats\u00e4chlich gibt es keine wissenschaftlichen Beweise daf\u00fcr, dass Stress selbst die Ursache f\u00fcr die erste b\u00f6sartige Zelle im K\u00f6rper ist, aber... Stress kann eine Person zu schlechten Gewohnheiten wie Rauchen, Alkoholkonsum usw. f\u00fchren, und wir wissen, dass Menschen mit schlechten Gewohnheiten h\u00e4ufiger an Brustkrebs erkranken als Menschen, die einen gesunden Lebensstil f\u00fchren. Chronischer (langfristiger) Stress unterdr\u00fcckt die Immunit\u00e4t einer Person, wodurch die Immunmechanismen zur Erkennung und Zerst\u00f6rung von Zellen geschw\u00e4cht werden, die dazu neigen, Krebs zu entwickeln. Nach meiner ukrainischen Erfahrung bemerkte ich beispielsweise eine deutliche Verj\u00fcngung des Brustkrebses und das Auftreten aggressiverer Formen dieser Krankheit bei Menschen, die sich \u00fcber einen l\u00e4ngeren Zeitraum (mehr als ein Jahr) in Gebieten aufgehalten hatten, wo Milit\u00e4raktivit\u00e4ten in der Ukraine stattgefunden hatten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-myth-2-surgery-to-remove-breast-cancer-leads-to-significant-aesthetic-disturbances\">Mythos Nr. 2. F\u00fchrt eine Operation zur Entfernung von Brustkrebs zu erheblichen \u00e4sthetischen St\u00f6rungen?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Tats\u00e4chlich basiert die radikale Behandlung von Brustkrebs auf der chirurgischen Entfernung des Organs. Diese Operationen wurden im Zeitraum 1889-1973 entwickelt und das Ergebnis zielte auf die Behandlung der Krankheit ab, der \u00e4sthetische Faktor wurde jedoch nicht ber\u00fccksichtigt. Chirurgische Entwicklungen in Kombination mit modernen Technologien erm\u00f6glichen es heute, gleichzeitig ein therapeutisches und \u00e4sthetisches Ergebnis zu erzielen. Rekonstruktive Techniken unter Verwendung von eigenem Gewebe und Silikonimplantaten k\u00f6nnen einer Frau die Radikalit\u00e4t der Operation verleihen und das \u00e4sthetische Erscheinungsbild der Brustdr\u00fcse bewahren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-myth-3-breast-cancer-does-not-occur-in-men\">Mythos Nr. 3. Brustkrebs kommt bei M\u00e4nnern nicht vor<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich hoffe, dass dieser Artikel von Frauen gelesen wird, denn ich m\u00f6chte Angeh\u00f6rige meines Geschlechts nicht ver\u00e4rgern. Tats\u00e4chlich kommt Brustkrebs auch bei M\u00e4nnern vor, allerdings deutlich seltener als bei Frauen. Von allen 2.261.419 im Jahr 2020 weltweit entdeckten Brustkrebsf\u00e4llen sind 22.615 F\u00e4lle M\u00e4nner (1 %). F\u00fcr M\u00e4nner gibt es keine Screening-Programme zur Fr\u00fcherkennung von Brustkrebs und in den meisten F\u00e4llen gehen sie mit Beschwerden \u00fcber Knoten zu9m Arzt. In meiner Praxis gab es 3 F\u00e4lle von Brustkrebs bei M\u00e4nnern. Einer von ihnen hatte einen blutigen Ausfluss aus der Brustwarze und bei zwei M\u00e4nnern wurden Knoten entdeckt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-myth-4-there-is-no-such-diagnostic-method-capable-of-detecting-cancer-whose-size-does-not-exceed-1-mm\">Mythos Nr. 4. Es gibt keine solche Diagnosemethode, mit der sich Krebs kleiner Gr\u00f6\u00dfe (nicht mehr als 1 mm) erkennen l\u00e4sst<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich m\u00f6chte diese Meinung widerlegen, weil ich eine Methode zur Verf\u00fcgung habe, die das kann. Hierbei handelt es sich um eine Duktoskopie \u2013 eine videoendoskopische Untersuchung der Milchdr\u00fcseng\u00e4nge, die bei Frauen mit Ausfluss aus der Brustwarze eingesetzt wird. Seit mehr als 10 Jahren f\u00fchre ich die Duktoskopie durch, eine sehr wichtige Methode, da 95 % der Brusttumoren ihren Ursprung im Milchgang haben. Durch die Duktoskopie l\u00e4sst sich leicht ein Tumor erkennen, der kleiner als 1 mm im Milchgang ist, was mit Mammographie, Ultraschall oder MRT nicht erkennbar ist. Heutzutage ist es bei der Duktoskopie m\u00f6glich, einen Tumor im Milchgang ohne Narkose und ohne chirurgischen Schnitt zu entfernen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-conclusion\">Fazit:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Brustkrebs ist eine Herausforderung, aber keine hoffnungslose Krankheit. Die moderne Medizin bietet uns viele innovative Diagnose- und Behandlungsmethoden und die Forschung erweitert unser Wissen \u00fcber Brustkrebs kontinuierlich. Wir arbeiten hart und nach einiger Zeit werden wir einen Weg finden, diese Krankheit zu besiegen. Sie m\u00fcssen lediglich auf sich selbst  aufpassen, denn die j\u00e4hrliche Mammographie-Vorsorgeuntersuchung ab dem 40. Lebensjahr ist Selbstf\u00fcrsorge.
