Dar\u00fcber hinaus gibt es viele n\u00fctzliche Links, die Sie nutzen k\u00f6nnen. Das Urheberrecht ist eine ernste Sache und sollte nicht vernachl\u00e4ssigt werden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Haftungsausschluss:<\/strong> Die Informationen werden als steuerliche, buchhalterische, rechtliche, regulatorische oder sonstige professionelle Beratung nicht ausgelegt\n und sollen als solche nicht ausgelegt werden. Schon die Verwendung eines einzigen Satzes stellt eine Urheberrechtsverletzung dar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich hatte einen Kunden, der sagte: \u201eAber ich habe nur einen Satz abgeschrieben.\u201c Aber es stiehlt immer noch das geistige Eigentum von jemandem, selbst wenn es sich um \u201eeinen unschuldigen Satz\u201c handelt. Bitte tun Sie es nicht. Es ist einfach.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn Sie sich nicht sicher sind, ob Ihr Text einen Plagiat enth\u00e4lt, ist es  empfehlenswert, einen Online-Plagiatspr\u00fcfer zu verwenden. Und schlie\u00dflich f\u00fcgen Sie es in die Liste der verwendeten Quellen am Ende Ihres Textes ein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-to-cite-sources-for-your-blog-posts\"><strong>Wie Sie Quellen f\u00fcr Ihren Beitrag richtig zitieren<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Schreiben Sie am Ende Ihres Blogbeitrags \u201everwendete Quellen\u201c oder \u201eListe der verwendeten Quellen\u201c. Wenn Sie keine Ahnung haben, wie man diese zitiert, empfehle ich dringend die Verwendung der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.citationmachine.net\/apa\/cite-a-website\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Citation Machine<\/a>. Dies ist ein kostenloses Online-Tool. Sie verwenden einfach die Links der Seiten, die Sie zitieren m\u00f6chten, und die Zitiermaschine erledigt die ganze Arbeit f\u00fcr Sie. Dar\u00fcber hinaus k\u00f6nnen Sie diese Zitiermaschine verwenden, wenn Sie B\u00fccher, gedruckte Artikel, Zeitschriften, Papiere usw.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-obtain-owners-permissions\"><strong>Erhalten Sie eine Erlaubnis vom Urheber<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wenn Sie urheberrechtlich gesch\u00fctztes Material von anderen verwenden m\u00f6chten, beispielsweise Handouts oder Arbeitsmappen, m\u00fcssen Sie die kontaktieren, denen das Urheberrecht geh\u00f6rt. Finden Sie Kontaktinformationen und schreiben Sie ihnen eine Nachricht. Denken Sie daran, ihnen zu sagen, wer Sie sind und wo Sie ihre Werke ver\u00f6ffentlichen werden, und f\u00fcgen Sie den Link zu Ihrem Blog hinzu. Sie haben zu warten, bis Urheber antworten und Sie ihre Zustimmung in schriftlicher Form (per E-Mail oder Messenger) erhalten.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein Bildungsunternehmen hat mein Bild gestohlen, d. h. es wurde f\u00fcr kommerzielle Zwecke verwendet und meine Erlaubnis wurde nicht eingeholt. Es wurde einfach heruntergeladen. Als ich dieses Unternehmen damit konfrontierte, bekam ich die Erkl\u00e4rung, man h\u00e4tte versucht, mich \u00fcber LinkedIn zu erreichen. Aber zu diesem Zeitpunkt hatte ich LinkedIn nicht genutzt. Obwohl dieses Unternehmen auch Links zu meinen Facebook- und Instagram-Konten sowie meiner E-Mail-Adresse hatte, wurden diese alternativen Kommunikationsmittel nicht benutzt. Es war eine schlimme Situation f\u00fcr sie, denn ich habe eine Urheberrechtsklage verfasst.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-plagiarism-and-chat-gpt\"><strong>Plagiat und Chat-GPT<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aus heutiger Sicht l\u00e4sst sich argumentieren, dass es kein Plagiat ist, eine durch Chat-KI-Technologie generierte Antwort zu verwenden. Denn diese Antworten sind nicht das Werk einer einzelnen Person, sondern eines ausgekl\u00fcgelten Algorithmus, der auf einer enormen Menge an Daten und Quellen basiert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der durch das ChatGPT-Plagiat generierte Inhalt stellt kein direktes Kopieren der Arbeit einer anderen Person dar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich rate Ihnen jedoch davon ab, KI-Tools zum Schreiben Ihrer Blogbeitr\u00e4ge oder anderer Texte zu verwenden. KI-geschriebene Texte werden f\u00fcr Ihre SEO-Zwecke schlechter abschneiden. Und wenn Sie sie f\u00fcr akademische Zwecke verwenden, k\u00f6nnten Sie \u00c4rger mit Ihrer Uni bekommen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-to-do-if-you-got-a-copyright-claim\"><strong>Was tun, wenn Sie einen Urheberrechtsanspruch erhalten haben<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein Urheberrechtsanspruch ist im Wesentlichen die Behauptung einer Person, dass Sie ihr Werk verwendet haben, bei dem es sich um eine Audiodatei (oder einen Teil davon), ein Foto oder einen Videoclip handeln kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wenn Sie einen Urheberrechtsanspruch erhalten haben, lesen Sie ihn sorgf\u00e4ltig durch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kontaktieren Sie Ihren Anwalt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wenn im Urheberrechtsanspruch steht, dass Sie den plagiierten Inhalt l\u00f6schen m\u00fcssen, tun Sie dies! Und nat\u00fcrlich geben Sie Ihr Bestes, um alle angesprochenen Fragen zu beantworten.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bitte denken Sie daran, die Person zu kontaktieren, die Ihnen den Urheberrechtsanspruch gesendet hat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-images-and-copyrights\"><strong>Bilder und Urheberrechte<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die beste M\u00f6glichkeit, Urheberrechtsanspr\u00fcche zu vermeiden, ist die Verwendung eigener Bilder. Wenn Sie jedoch nicht \u00fcber Ihre Bilder verf\u00fcgen, k\u00f6nnen Sie Bilder von Stock-Websites verwenden.
