En verdad, antes s\u00f3lo importaba algo grande. M\u00e1s tarde, comenc\u00e9 a anotar todas las victorias todos los d\u00edas. Puede que eso no sea un evento para usted, pero mi vida es muy mon\u00f3tona, as\u00ed que estoy muy emocionado\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los investigadores tambi\u00e9n han indagado acerca de las herramientas ejecutivas que pueden influir en la motivaci\u00f3n y las emociones de los empleados. Los encuestados clasificaron cinco herramientas en el siguiente orden:<br>1) apoyo para avanzar en el trabajo;<br>2) reconocimiento por el buen trabajo;<br>3) incentivos;<br>4) apoyo interpersonal;<br>5) objetivos claros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si me pidieran que clasificara las herramientas, seguramente se\u00f1alar\u00eda el soporte como el n\u00famero 1. Es significativo en el trabajo y, sin duda, en todo lo que hago. Incluso con mi blog, el apoyo es lo que no s\u00f3lo me ayuda a escribir m\u00e1s sino tambi\u00e9n a compartir informaci\u00f3n valiosa con ustedes. El apoyo es mi combustible. Es lo que me mantiene motivadA. Realmente agradecer\u00eda que pudieras dejar un comentario alentador aqu\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-celebrating-small-wins\">Celebrando peque\u00f1as victorias<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Los investigadores afirman que nuestros cerebros est\u00e1n programados para recordar eventos negativos en lugar de eventos positivos. Se llama sesgo de negatividad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nuestro cerebro necesita un esfuerzo extra para recordar momentos positivos. Sin duda, necesitamos eventos positivos para aumentar la autoestima. Cuando celebras tus peque\u00f1as victorias con regularidad, te recompensas. Adem\u00e1s, se libera el neurotransmisor dopamina que aumenta la motivaci\u00f3n, la autoestima, el estado de \u00e1nimo e incluso la atenci\u00f3n. Todo conduce a un mayor \u00e9xito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No es necesario hacer grandes celebraciones. Puedes pensar en una manera de hacerlo. Por ejemplo, salir a comer, reunirte con tus amigos para compartir tu premio o comprarte un ramo de flores. Otra buena idea es anotar tus victorias en tu diario. La parte m\u00e1s importante aqu\u00ed es reconocer sus esfuerzos y victorias y elogiarse por el \u00e9xito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-i-celebrate-my-small-wins\">C\u00f3mo celebro mis peque\u00f1as victorias<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Mis celebraciones son sencillas. Los comparto con mi esposo y mis amigos cercanos. Muy a menudo los comparto en Instagram. Hago lo mejor que puedo para capturarlos y no olvidarlos. Por ejemplo, tomo capturas de pantalla de mis ganancias. Cuando las publicaciones de mi blog aparecieron en la primera p\u00e1gina de b\u00fasquedas de Google, les hice una captura de pantalla.
