Existen algunos que no est\u00e1n diagnosticados, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n, existen algunos que no desean revelar que son disl\u00e9xicos. Conozco a profesores que tienen dislexia u otros trastornos. Lo mantienen en secreto porque temen perder su trabajo o ser rechazados cuando se matriculan en un curso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Adem\u00e1s de ser profesora de lenguas extranjeras, tambi\u00e9n soy una terapeuta del habla neurol\u00f3gica certificada. En una universidad espa\u00f1ola, estudiaba terapia neurol\u00f3gica y tambi\u00e9n hablaba y lenguaje en una universidad ucraniana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quer\u00eda compartir mis conocimientos y una serie de estrategias pr\u00e1cticas que puedes utilizar hoy (sin ninguna inversi\u00f3n).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-before-a-lesson-or-workshop\"><strong>Durante una lecci\u00f3n o un taller<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Incluye un plan de la sesi\u00f3n. Ayudar\u00e1 a tus alumnos a construir y organizar ideas de forma secuencial y reflexiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Si se trata de las clases regulares, trata de mantener las rutinas diarias. Los estudiantes disl\u00e9xicos lo necesitan porque puede ser dif\u00edcil concentrarse durante mucho tiempo y pueden agotarse r\u00e1pidamente. Y por supuesto necesitan la estructura de las rutinas diarias para saber y hacer lo que se espera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Se propone la inclusi\u00f3n del vocabulario o elementos fundamentales en tu presentaci\u00f3n o escr\u00edbelos en una pizarra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">NB: Sin embargo, si tu alumno tiene dislexia visual, este consejo no te ayudar\u00e1 porque los s\u00edntomas clave son <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>las dificultades de discriminaci\u00f3n visual (p. ej., mezclar \"n\" con \"m\", \"b\" con \"p\"\/\"q\", etc.),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>tasa de percepci\u00f3n lenta (se necesita mucho tiempo para pensar en letras\/palabras antes de comprenderlas),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>dificultades de secuenciaci\u00f3n visual (pueden tener problemas con el seguimiento direccional de izquierda a derecha con los ojos, es decir, la palabra \u201csaw\u201d puede leerse como \u201cwas\u201d),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>  trastornos de la memoria visual, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reduce la distracci\u00f3n visual en tus hojas de trabajo. Aseg\u00farate de que no est\u00e9n \"ocupadas\"\/\"sobrepobladas\". Las hojas de trabajo deben ser lo m\u00e1s simples posible. Adem\u00e1s, piensa en la fuente y tu tama\u00f1o. Mis alumnos adultos me agradecen cuando ven letras m\u00e1s grandes. Uso <a href=\"https:\/\/www.canva.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Canva <\/a>para dise\u00f1ar las hojas de trabajo. Hay un plan gratuito, por lo que no te costar\u00e1 nada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Es una buena idea dise\u00f1ar hojas de trabajo con las tareas de la m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil a la m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. Tambi\u00e9n, sentarse m\u00e1s cerca de un maestro\/entrenador ayudar\u00e1 a los alumnos a obtener la informaci\u00f3n sin estar demasiado estresados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-during-a-lesson-or-workshop\"><strong>Durante una lecci\u00f3n o un taller<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7. Usa instrucciones paso a paso e ICQ (preguntas de verificaci\u00f3n de instrucciones). Se pide a los ICQ que se aseguren de que los alumnos comprendan las instrucciones. Por ejemplo, la instrucci\u00f3n es \u201cEn parejas, hagan y respondan preguntas sobre lo que hicieron ayer. Tienes 4 minutos.\u201d Los posibles ICQ son \"\u00bftrabaj\u00e1is en pareja o individualmente?\", \"\u00bfhac\u00e9is preguntas sobre ayer o la rutina diaria?\", \"\u00bfcu\u00e1nto tiempo tiene?\". Esto ayudar\u00e1 a los alumnos con conocimientos previos limitados que necesitan instrucciones expl\u00edcitas o de parte a todo. La informaci\u00f3n nueva o dif\u00edcil se puede dar en peque\u00f1os fragmentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8. Las presentaciones y actividades deben estar equilibradas: informaci\u00f3n visual y actividades participativas. Asimismo, es necesario establecer un equilibrio entre el grupo grande, el grupo reducido y las actividades individuales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">9. Show samples of exercises, i.e., examples of completed assignments that can help the learners with dyslexia realize expectations and plan accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">10. Ofrece opciones a los estudiantes. Les ayudar\u00e1 a comprometerse con las tareas y hacerlas m\u00e1s inclusivas.
