It will end in 10 days, so in 10 days I&#8217;ll stop writing and silly topics every day \ud83d\ude01 Today&#8217;s topic is &#8220;Who is your favorite author and why?&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wow! It turns out that I haven&#8217;t thought about it for the last 10 years. I have favorite books. But I am not sure if I have a favorite writer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Bloganuary challenge teaches me not to overthink when it comes to writing. That&#8217;s why I will go with Susan Weinschenk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Susan Weinschenk has been working as a behavioral scientist for more than 30 years. She has got a Ph.D. in Psychology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Susan is the CEO and Chief Behavioral Scientist at The Team W, Inc., and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Wisconsin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I highly recommend her two books: &#8220;100 Things Every Designer Needs to Know About People&#8221;, &#8220;100 Things Every Presenter Needs To Know About People,&#8221; and &#8220;Neuro Web Design: What makes them click?&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I read Susan&#8217;s books before doing my MA. Her books helped me to understand how people see, read, think, remember, feel, decide, focus their attention, what motivates people, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All her information is based on research studies. She includes a list of them in all her books. So, you can read full research studies (I looked them up on google Scholar).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I am going to re-read some of her books again. Sometimes I re-read books, find new information, and even get new ideas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I think her books are useful no matter what you do (I mean professionally).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I used lots of knowledge from her books when creating this website <a href=\"http:\/\/teachingisfun.net\/uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">teachingisfun.net<\/a>.
