In 2022 it will be held in&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/maps\/place\/Hotel+Sunway+Playa+Golf+%26+Spa\/@41.224284,1.784294,15z\/data=!4m8!3m7!1s0x0:0x7896286f88bef9a4!5m2!4m1!1i2!8m2!3d41.224284!4d1.784294\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Sitges, Spain<\/a>, and live-streamed online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is an annual educational conference, which is called&nbsp;<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/neurohearteducationconference.com\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">NeuroHeart Education\u00ae Conference<\/a>, and it is for all educators, not only language teachers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year I will talk about teaching sounds that do not exist in your learner&#8217;s mother tongue. As a certified Neurological Speech Therapist, I will share my knowledge and experience. Also, I will give hands-on exercises. I will discuss why the &#8220;repeat after me&#8221; approach is not the best when we refer to entirely new sounds. Speaking is my point of interest. I am studying how knowledge about the brain can help our learners have better speaking, listening, writing, and reading results. That is why I am finishing my Master&#8217;s Degree in Applied Neuroscience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My talk will be on the 30th of April, 2022, at 15:00 CEST (Barcelona time).
