The 27th day of the blogging challenge – Bloganuary. New day, new topic to write about. The topic is “What are the pros and cons of procrastination?”.
Two & a Half Men:
… – Have any homework this weekend?
– A little.
– Why don’t you get started on it tonight.
– But it’s only Friday.
– I know, but if you do it tonight, you won’t worry.
– I’m not worried…
… – Now, stop procrastinating and do your homework.
– What does procrastinating mean?
– It means putting off stuff that you have to do.
– Can you use it in a sentence?
– I just did.
– Oh, yeah…
Then Charlie says something like this:
“I also have to compose a new jingle. But I wait for inspiration. You can do the same. And when the deadline is closer, the ideas will pour out of you like breakfast out of a model before a photoshoot.”
Productive procrastination

Other types of procrastination can be doing a laundry, washing dishes, jogging, etc.

I remember when I was having (the worst) an online course in professional development in 2019, we had crazy deadlines. Guess what? I washed the dishes 3 times a day! Even though I hated doing that.

Did you know that some people perform better under pressure?

The devil isn’t as black as he’s painted.

I like these memes, too 🙂

Do you like procrastinating? 😃
